Shipping is entirely free in Europe.
The shipping fees to the US (United States of America) and rest of the world are of 15€ whatever the number of items purchased.
Once the order has been placed and accepted by Charlotte sy Dimby, the parcel is shipped on the next working day.
The average delay for the US is one week.
Each client is provided with a tracking link and number so as to be able to follow his parcel.
